Clear expectations make better work. These terms apply to one-time digital services purchased from DigitalHeroEngine LLC.

What you are purchasing
Each package is one project limited to the deliverables listed in its description. Prices are in USD and charged once. There are no automatic renewals. Packages include one revision within the original scope. Advertising spend, paid software, platform charges, influencer compensation, and continuing management are excluded unless expressly included in the package.
Ordering and payment
Orders require successful payment verification and a complete project brief. Payment details are processed on Stripe or Square’s hosted checkout when available. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the displayed total. An order reference and payment status are available in your client studio.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate instructions and materials you have permission to use. Grant access through platform invitations with the minimum necessary permissions. Do not share passwords or card details. Delayed information or access pauses the delivery timeline. You approve advertising budgets and campaign launches.
Delivery and changes
Delivery estimates are in business days, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays, beginning after payment and receipt of a complete brief and required access. Submit one consolidated revision request within seven calendar days of delivery. Requests beyond the agreed scope require a separate written agreement or purchase.
Ownership and permitted use
After full payment, you may use the final custom deliverables for your business. You retain ownership of your supplied materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. Our pre-existing templates, methods, and tools remain ours; you may use incorporated materials as part of the delivered work.
Results and platform decisions
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, sales, leads, follower counts, influencer responses, or platform approval. Marketing performance depends on your offer, budget, audience, competitors, and third-party platforms. We do not sell fake engagement, deceptive reviews, or policy-violating services.
Cancellation and disputes
Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. Contact us promptly if work does not match its agreed scope so we can review it and offer a correction or appropriate refund. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
Changes to these terms
The terms displayed when you order apply to that order. Future updates apply prospectively. Contact us if you need a copy or clarification.
