Privacy policy
This policy explains what DigitalHeroEngine LLC collects and how we use it to provide our services.
Effective October 12, 2026
Information we collect
We collect contact details, account names, email addresses, and password hashes, selected services, order amounts and status, project briefs, messages, and delivery information. Contact form submissions include your name, email, and message. Security controls may process network information and a hashed network identifier for rate limiting.
Why we use it
We use information to process orders, provide services, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information or use project briefs to advertise to unrelated customers.
Payments and service providers
When connected, Stripe or Square receives the payment information you submit to its hosted checkout. We receive payment status and transaction references, not full card numbers. Account and project data are stored on our hosting server. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, and necessary session cookies keep you signed in. Our hosting and payment providers process information needed to provide their services.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses necessary sign-in mechanisms. Your shopping bag is stored in local storage on your device. This version does not add advertising trackers or optional analytics. Clearing browser storage removes the saved bag and may end your session.
Retention and security
We keep project and contact information as needed to deliver services, resolve requests, and maintain records required for business or legal purposes. Access to account records is restricted, and administrator functions require authorized sign-in. Avoid submitting sensitive data that is not required for your project.
Your choices
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records we are legally required to keep. Privacy rights and available remedies vary by location.
International processing and children
Infrastructure providers may process information outside your country. These services are intended for adults purchasing on behalf of a business; they are not directed to children.
