Refunds & cancellation
We want you to know where you stand before you order. All packages are one-time digital services.

Before work begins
You may cancel for a full refund before work starts. Send your order reference through your project conversation or email [email protected]. We will confirm whether work has begun and acknowledge the request within two business days.
After work begins
If you cancel after work has started, we will review the work already completed against the agreed scope. Any undelivered portion may be refunded, with the calculation explained to you. Completed, usable work is not automatically refundable simply because marketing results differ from expectations.
If the work misses the agreed scope
Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery with specific details. We will review the issue and offer a correction within scope, a replacement deliverable, or an appropriate partial or full refund if we cannot provide the agreed service. Your included revision covers reasonable changes within the original brief.
If we cannot fulfill your order
If we cannot complete the agreed service, we will notify you and refund the undelivered portion. If no work has been delivered, this is a full refund. You may also request cancellation if we miss an agreed delivery date without an agreed extension.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or send a message in your client studio. Include your order reference, the service, and a brief explanation. We aim to decide requests within five business days after receiving the necessary information. You can also call +1 (262) 315-3612.
Where the refund goes
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the original payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on that provider and your bank. We will confirm when the refund has been submitted.
Third-party charges and consumer rights
Advertising spend, influencer fees, and other third-party charges paid directly to another provider are subject to that provider’s refund terms. No part of this policy limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.
